Michael S.: Not good quality, but looks nice

Two days after we received this hammock, some of the support ropes have ripped. I ve had to re-tie several of them already. My wife has been the only one who sat on it and she is very petite. I expected better quality for this price. I wanted to contact the seller to rectify, but there is no way to contact them.
