Jewelene R.: Beautiful Fan/Chandelier Combo revised

I was searching for a chandelier for dining room when I found this combo. It was beautiful on the site but even more beautiful in my home. I had it installed by an electrician. He thought a piece was missing to hide the transmitter and nuts, however when I contacted the company I was assured nothing was missing and sent instructions on how to hide bolts and how to hang crystals. The fan is silent and I do not find the light levels too bright. I love the images on the wall and ceiling that the crystals create. I suggest installation by an electrician, except for crystals. The company responded to all my questions and I am delighted with my purchase. My initial review was rejected because I included a video provided by the company but apparently from another site on how to hang crystals and that violates the guidelines. Trying again with just my pictures.
