Nice bench, but shortJust received this yesterday, so not really sure on longevity. It is a nice looking piece of furniture and I was so excited for it to finally arrive, as I'd had my eye on it for a while before purchasing. Overall, I am happy, or i should say, not annoyed enough to return it. It was easy to put the legs on the bottom, and it's not too heavy that one person can't maneuver it. However, after the legs were all in place and fully tightened, it wobbles. A lot. Also, it is not the 17.5 inches high it states in the item's description. It is only 16 inches high. To a taller person, that 1.5 inches makes a difference when wanting to sit down. The lid does close nice, and the hardware for it seems sturdy enough to last. I think it will serve the purpose for which I bought it - to keep my throw pillows and blankets in. I really wish it was taller though. Or at least correct your description. I think knowing it was only 16 inches would have impacted my decision to buy.
