Looks nice from a distance.It was a toss-up as to whether to give it one or two stars. It's definitely overpriced due to lack of quality in finish and materials. It chips easily. The color was supposed to be espresso, but it's looks black. There's no color listed on the box so it's possible the wrong color was shipped. I'm putting books on the bottom shelves, and since they're on the larger side, they can't sit upright. The plus side is that it's sturdy, and at a distance it looks nice. Had I not been tired of looking for an end table with the needed dimensions, it would have been returned. There are only pictures for assembly instructions, but with a screwdriver and common sense it's doable. Having chocolate nearby helps.
