Cats broke this within the first 24 hrsThis clock looks as pictured, it is rather thin plastic with heavier glass covering the hands. My cats broke this roughly 24 hours after i hung it on my wall, my best guess is that they managed to break it while trying to catch a bug, but who really knows. When it fell off the wall the glass shattered and the front rim of the clock busted off of the back of the clock where the numbers and hands are. I put a battery back into the clock and to my amazement the clock still worked. So instead of buying another clock I decided to super glue this back together took 2 tubes and hope for the best. The glue did manage to fix it and all I had to do was bend the hands back into place so they didn't get stuck on top of the numbers on the clock and the other hands. Without the glass this thing is paper thin, and so I'm assuming thats why they were able to knock it off the wall so easy in the first place because the glass definitely weighed it down. All in all I'm really not too upset by this purchase, If I didn't tell you my new clock is broken, you really wouldn't be able to tell unless you took it off the wall, I have even received compliments from friends on my clock.
