Make sure that the metal plate points to the frontSome reviewers, including myself, have noticed that the seat pad leans forward, making you feel like you are about to fall off. I later realized that this was because I installed the metal plate backwards, with the part that says "front" pointing to the back of the seat pad. When I reinstalled it, the problem was solved.
