This chair worked great for 4 weeks, then the cylinder started weakening and the less than 150 person was lowered to the bottom each time they sat in it. Sent in request for repair and was issued another cylinder, less than one week and the new cylinder started leaking down also. Called in to the company and they said they could not help me because they did not have the correct order number on file. It was their brand new cylinder that failed, never could get them to fix the problem.
