I will start out by saying the end product of this is beautiful. Very grand and inexpensive. I am very picky about chandeliers and had looked for days trying to find "the one" and this fit the bill. I love it very much and it makes me smile every time I walk through the dining room. When we first got it, a piece was broken off one of the scroll arms, but the company quickly sent me a replacement. The chandelier actually just got put up last night, 6 months after I bought it, so only as we were putting it up did I discover we were short 2 stings of crystals. However, I just divided what I had to make it work. Each string has only 17 crystals instead of 30ish , so it doesn't give the droopy affect the picture shows, but I really actually like the look better. Makes it seems less grandma-y if that makes sense. Anyway, then I just hung 5 of the 10 larger crystals that were supposed to hang from the droopy strings of crystals, that now couldn't, on the upper scroll arms. People are also complaining about lack of instructions, but I lost mine and we still managed to put it together by looking at the picture on here. I didn't mind that it came in a hundred pieces, it felt like Christmas unwrapping each piece Overall, I am very pleased and can't really complain about anything because the price is so low even with the quality and size
