Mini Boutique Walk-in ClosetI was not disappointed in this chandelier I bought this chandelier to go in my walk-in closet. I received my chandelier on time and all pieces were present and accounted for. All pieces were carefully wrapped and protected. No pieces were missing or broken. I also received an email from The Gallery informing me that if I needed assistance or if any pieces were broken, they'd be happy to assist. I was able to assemble my chandelier within 2 hours. The longest part of assembly was where to place the 5 rings and where to hang/attach the end of the crystals strands. It took me a while because there was no description or picture on where they go. My husband typed in the model number online and found a picture of what another person had done with their chandelier. I was able to use their picture to finish placing the 5 rings and strands of crystals. I feel the directions could have been a little more descriptive but I managed. I LOVE my chandelier. My husband installed it in my walk-in closet. He did mentioned the hanging screw lamp rod wasn't long enough and had to get a longer screw. Once he got that piece he said the installation was easy. It looks so elegant and seals the look I was going for a mini boutique As I walk by my closet, I purposely turn on the light/chandelier just to see how pretty it looks. Happy customer
