Manufacturer errorI bought this bed for my kids and was very excited to put it together. I got most of it together and went to attach the ladder and there is a hole that is missing on one of the boards. I would have to measure the boards that attach to it at the top and measure where the holes are at the bottom of the ladder to drill a hole that would match up. I bought the protection plan that comes with this and reached out to them for help. I needed someone to come fix it or replace the parts. They unfortunately cannot do anything because they only cover accidents. I cannot find any way to reach out to the seller for help. This is the only way I can think of. For the money I paid, I'd like a functional bunk bed.
