cawinga: Harold is Cool but Ours Came a Bit Beat Up

We named our flower child Harold. The box Harold came in was not damaged in any way. He was wrapped in bubble wrap but there was room in the box for him to move around. When we stood Harold up, he stood a bit crooked. It took us a minute to figure out he had two broken spot welds. His right arm was also munched. I was able to bend his arm straight. We then used epoxy to glue his welds back. He should have been returned but being a review item we can't. He might have been damaged before he was put in the box, but there is no way to tell.
