disappointedMy husband and I were excited to receive our sumo. We are both disappointed as ours was broken in two places and cracked from his face to the back of his ear. Anyway, the sumo is made very thinly. Where there is a hole, you can see it is barely 1/4" thick. The packaging could have been better. His head was totally unprotected and there was room from the top of his head to the top of the box. His body was decently packed. We think they packaging at the top was what caused the damage. We will not be purchasing products by this company again.
