Problems assembling. Bolt holes did not match up on one of the arms.Bolt holes did not match up on one of the arms. The heads of the bolts stripped out easily when using the key wrench. I was not able to tighten the bolts down to what I feel were snug Tight. I made a second purchase at a Staples store and purchased a much heavier duty chair I am sitting in right now. Cost me the same I paid here...I did not have any problems putting this chair together. 400-pound rating... yours 300 and I needed the heavier ...My fault there. I did not see the wt. limit on yours. OOOPS
