Lorenz Vergara: Meh.. You get what you pay for

UPDATE: Customer service from the seller reached out after posting my initial review and made it right. They weren t able to specify whether the damage occurred during transport or while it was in their possession but nonetheless the damage was totally unacceptable. That being said I d probably purchase from them again.
