Great chair, not so great shippingThe chair is exactly as pictured and is made of solid oak. It holds 350lbs and is very roomy. I am a big guy and it holds me perfectly fine. The cushsions are very firm which is fine for me but it may be too hard for some. Putting it together was very easy. I would have given the chair 5 stars but it was shipped through Crestlive and it was a three ring circus. They printed the label to show it had shipped but they never actually sent the package. The package was only shipped after I contacted amazon to cancel the order. Then the package was lost. I tried multiple times to cancel but I was told by crestlive to reject the package when it came, but I had to work and it was delivered when I was not home. I ended up keeping it because of how good the chair actually was.
