HH: Service After the Sale is Awful

The lamp is very nice looking and just what I wanted. However, months after receiving it, I realized the shade is wobbly due to a missing piece. I contacted the manufacturer who told me I had to request the part from Amazon. Upon contacting Amazon, I was told they have no options to help me. Sooooo, make sure you receive all the pieces before you decide to keep the lamp. Unless, of course, you are trying to achieve the wobbly shade look.
