no remote control Look closely. It only says its compatible with a remote control. The instructions make no mention of remote control at all. it s LOUD Very loud. and not easy to install. So very displeased to turn it on after all that work To learn it s no good and have to take it right back down. However seller was very apologetic and quickly processed a refund. One star for the product annd 5 stars for the seller.
