Customer reviewsI like it
I was searching all over for a ceiling fan with 4 regular incandescent bulbs so I could have some decent light. I found this one that claims to take 4 60-watt bulbs. Great But after getting the whole thing mounted I find this little yellow card that says only use 40-watt bulbs. So, that really irritated me. Plus they are candelabra base bulbs. It DOES say candelabra bulbs further down in the description, but I missed that. So I am disappointed that I can't use regular 60-watt bulbs, HOWEVER, it really is a nice ceiling fan. Super quiet. I don't know why some people say it isn't, unless maybe they didn't secure it tightly to the ceiling or something The only thing I can hear from it is the wind it creates. And the 4 40-watt bulbs are still brighter than the 3 40-watt bulbs that my old fan had.
