Customer reviewsDetailed Review
I have now ordered these eiffel style chairs from 3 different vendors because I could not find all of the colors I wanted in stock, at the same time, from one vendor. I can now say that this particular seller "cozy block" is not quite as good as another seller "2x home". The chair is not a horrible product but there are some major differences from the version sold by 2xhome. Here are the reasons why I rated the way I did. First, these chairs are about 2 inches shorter. The shell of the chair the top part that you will see peeking up from your table for that pop of color is noticeably shorter than the "cozy block" ones, so now I have mixed chairs with different heights. I prefer the taller ones from "2x Home" also because they are much sturdier and weigh a little more which adds to the quality feel of the product . The "cozy block" chairs also came in a rather thin, more flimsy box when they were shipped compared to the thicker box that "2x Home" used as well as their taping was much better to keep the box closed. The chair was luckily not damaged but a Wayfair vendor that I ordered some of these from used the same style box and one of my eiffel chairs was scratched. Therefore, "2xHome" took great care in packaging their items. The other two I purchased from the vendor on Wayfair took extremely long to get here almost 2 months even though it said they would be here in a week. These "cozy block" and the Wayfair ones were also shorter, flimsier to sit it. Wayfair ones were missing some of the hardware needed to attached the legs. So, all in all, out of the three vendors, Wayfair and "cozy block" appear to sell the same exact chair while "2x Home" sells a different one that, in my opinion, is much better and packaged more thoughtfully. To be fair, there was a slight delay in my "2x Home" chairs but not as much of a delay as the Wayfair order. "Cozy block was faster but, as I said, I am not as happy with the chair so waiting a week or two longer not months is better for me to get the better chair. I must note, I am about to order another set of these eiffel chairs from "2x Home", so I will post an update on their page after I receive my chairs so that we can see if they come in just as good as the ones I just discussed. Hope this helps some people Wish I would have had this info myself. Have a blessed day :
