Carissa Crawford: Don't think you are luckier than others

This is my first review I've ever written. Thank you to all those who wrote before I did - I, for some reason, thought maybe I'd be luckier and receive a higher quality product. As it turns out, my piece arrived damaged, scratched, and in an embarrassing state to give somebody as a gift. I have already processed the refund. However, I would like to give the manufactures an opportunity to send the replacement before I return. I love the style and need a silver one - it turns out there are not many options. If a second is sent and in fine condition, I will let the rest of you know.
