Very lightweight, easy to install.It came quick and installed real fast. The only problem is the ceiling cover had a chip in the paint right next to the circular inlet. I'm sure this doesn't occur often, but I happened to notice it right out of the box and didn't want to have to return it. Not as noticeable.
