Amazing Sturdy Finishes scratches thoughI love the look of this bed, it s classic and antique looking while also modern. It took a little longer to put together than the directions said. The finish scuffs easily but I could spray paint if it gets too bad. Very sturdy, I put a 14 inch cool gel mattress on the frame with two plywood sheets under it. The framing that supports the bed seemed a little bendy while putting together. But, once all the framing was set it was incredibly stable. Between the frame and the foam mattress there is no noise on this bed
