Kantos Creator: A stunning piece to add to anyone's home

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this lamp. And the fact that it arrived undamaged was a plus as well. It wasn't the easiest item to remove from the packing - heavy cardboard outer surrounding thick Styrofoam - multi-layered packaging with the pieces and parts sandwiched between them - but once it was free of that packaging everything was in tip-top shape and went together easily with no tools needed The base is heavy and quite stunning making the lamp quite stable once together, The pole is thick grooved metal and the screw joints are thick and easy to assemble...standing at 5 feet tall, it is a statement piece once the shade is in place. That shade is beautifully crafted, and once light bulbs are added the piece truly comes alive. Any lover of Tiffany-style lamps should add this to their collection...they will not be disappointed
