As with many other reviews, I have an older model fan that just goes... one speed... right when you plug it in. Then I received this product, plugged it in and plugged my fan into it. I sheet you not rainbows started appearing, the 52 screaming babies that were right next to me all calmed at the exact same time, and I m pretty sure I saw a knight in shining armor juggling fire while riding on a unicorn... then I turned the dial to ON . With that said, I would give it a ZILLION STARS, if I could But, unfortunately I can t... so I ll give it five, say it works well and it s better than dropping 60 bones on a new fan.
