Very quiet attractive fan from CasablancaI ordered this fan from Amazon and it was delivered in a couple of days by VM Express. The fan was brand new as expected in the box and everything was there. I had it professionally installed in the master bedroom by a Casablanca dealer. This was a replacement for an existing Casablanca fan that had been there for 32 years - hopefully I'll get the same life out of this one. I like the new fan - it is quieter than the fan it replaced and the installer did a good job 14" vaulted ceiling . I like the new remote as well. I have mounted it on the wall and am able to control the fan speeds from the wall mount with no problem. The installer did install the receiver that came with the remote 99019 - note this remote does not have a reverse switch - to do that you have to change the switch on the fan. In my case, there are the pull-cords on the fan that work the reverse. All in all a very satisfactory purchase
