DependsThe stool was sturdy and would have worked nice in the space I wanted but the joint lines of the spindles to the base are not polished looking which made the whole piece look cheap. That and the thickness of the spindles themselves. The blue was perfect and matched our couch exactly so was sad to have to return due to the overall look just not looking great
