Kindle Customer: Lamp body is good, lampshade, not so much.

The body of the lamp is nice and the light it provides is excellent. The problem lies in the shade. It came dented in two places and in order to get a new shade, I have to repack the lamp and the shade, which is no small job. It would have been much simpler to just send back the shade instead of the whole thing. I tried calling the company, Cal Lighting, as the Amazon customer service but there is no answer. The shade is not of the same quality of the lamp body, by the way.
