Customer reviewsLooks great for one summer
There is nothing wrong with this hammock other than that it will be very faded after one summer of constant use. I leave mine hanging up all summer in a partially sunny spot for my guests to use. After one summer, it is totally faded to the point that it is not very attractive anymore. If you only use it here and there and take it down when you're down, the color will probably last much longer. That is not feasible for my purposes. In the future, I think I will look for a solid color one that I can dye in the washing machine after it fades. I just don't like looking at a washed out looking hammock hanging in my yard. Other than that, it is a very nice hammock. Stores easily and hangs easily. One funny aside, after reading the instructions that came with it, I determined that I have been hanging in the hammock incorrectly all along. Very interesting.
