I ordered this chandelier thru Amazon and Louie Lighting was the third party vendor. They were so helpful and accommodating to work with. The manufacturer shut down due to computer issues. Louie Lighting, kept me informed daily, until the chandelier arrived. The most important person of the entire transaction was Chris Waterstraat, from Louie Lighting. He personally called me thru each step of the way, until the chandelier arrived at my home. After all that, the chandelier is hanging in our dining room and we just love It was worth the wait.
