The materials are high quality and the chair is very comfortable and classy looking, but the tilt-lock handle was half broken off with sharp edges and it wouldn't push all the way in so the tilt couldn't be locked. Amazon gave me the manufacturer's Boss' number so I can see if they can just send me the proper parts in lieu of a big return hassle. Will edit later and let you know
