Customer reviewsBeautiful Headboard - the legs and hardware are hidden INSIDE the headboard for shipping
The headboard is beautiful, heavy and appears to be well constructed. My irritation is in regards to the email I sent asking where the legs and hardware were - should I expect an additional box Do they arrive separately The response from their customer service department was, "review the Q A section". Seriously So, I started looking through the Q A...what I discovered is that yes, there are legs. The response SHOULD have told me, "Oh, there is a hidden panel in the back secured with velcro. Pull that back to find the legs and hardware, have a nice day." Granted, when my headboard was originally ordered it was lost in transit FedEx shows no record that it was ever taken into transit and at that time Customer Service was very quick to give me the option to refund or resend.
