Erin: Nice, but stained and damaged

The chair itself is great potentially. Neat shape, comfortable. However, the first chair I received came with a giant purple stain across the back see photo . It also appeared to have already been returned once, as parts were missing and the box was in pretty rough shape when it arrived. The replacement I requested arrived with a smaller, less noticeable purple stain and a puncture/tear. I'll keep this one especially since the product is out of stock , but I'm a bit disappointed.
