I wanted a chair with neck support because I have to look up a lot at screens and this does meet that requirement. It wasn t hard too assemble and it s quite comfy. The only drawback is that the lumbar support is plastic and if you sit any other way then straight on sometimes I like to put one foot under my butt which makes me sit a little to the side it will stick right into your back and kinda hurts.
