JR: Best bedframe

My fiancee and I really like this bedframe. It took us about three weeks to finally assemble it, but it's all worth it. We bought the bedframe from Amazon warehouse with a great deal. The bedframe came in with 5 large cartons. However, we found that it didn't come with headborad posts and all the hardware list, after unpacking the all the parts. We were pretty disappointed and had to repack the entire things and contact the amazon. Fortunately, amazon helped us find the manufacturer's contact and also agreed to give us some discounts for this trouble. We contacted the manufacture about the missing parts. They quickly responded and agreed to send us all the missing parts. When we thought we could finally start assemble the bedframe after receiving the package from manufacture, we found that it still missed the metal brackets and we had to contact the manufacturer again. Luckily, they agreed to send another package to us and we finally assembled this awesome bedframe. Big thumb to the bedframe, amazon and especially the manufacturer, who made this happen.
