I love the look of this ottoman. It fulfilled my expectations- Deep rich brown color and seems to be a good quality product. Mine arrived with three small holes- don't know if it was damaged through shipping or what - I contacted the company and they were very nice and adjusted the price to take care of the damage. They are sending a repair kit. I was satisfied with the end result because I truly liked the ottoman and I was dreading having to deal with shipping it back to the store. I have bought furniture through Amazon before and this is the first time I have had to deal with one of their stores- pleasant experience.
