MangoYeti: Nice looking but broke within 3 months

This a very nice looking chair and we were really happy with our purchase when it arrived. Unfortunately it broke within 3 months of minimal use by a 10 year old. The issue is at the connection between the seat and metal base. The ball bearings all fell out of the swivel base that connects the seat to the post, and so now the seat won't stay fully upright its still connected but flops around and also cannot move up/down. We purchased this seat through an Amazon 3rd party seller - OJ Commerce, and when we contacted them about the issue, they basically said too bad because their policy is to only help you if it's an issue within 30 days of buying. We really wish the seller would have been willing to help us fix the issue and are frustrated that we spent 87 and have nothing to show for it.
