Larissa: More cracks created very easily when putting screws in

Arrived fast. Upon putting together, many scratches dents on the pieces. More cracks created very easily when putting screws in. Could deal with most. But then the major piece of the whole desk is cracked and bent. Customer service is great about sending a new one out but it s going to be several weeks before getting it. Defeats the whole purpose of buying something prime. Desk does not seem very stable, but can t even use it until I receive the broken piece. Overall, kind of easy to put together but a lot was frustrating as some of the screws don t fit any screw driver, as they either don t match with each groove or have been grinded down to present no groove. Which also explains why this may not be stable since unable to screw everything tight. Disappointed in this purchase, but hopefully it gets the job done when and if ever the other piece arrives.
