Taylor Waters: Nice bed, poor customer service from seller

I like the look of the bed and the functionality of the storage ottoman. I keep my extra bedding here. I will be careful not to order from the company again though. Shipping time was outrageously longer than given at the time of purchase, and the customer service was terrible. They even bribed me with money back to retract my complaint of the company.
