Customer reviewsgreat chair
I waited a few weeks to write this review. I bought this for my last minute work at home office when covid got us all sent home for work. I knew I'd need something comfortable so I looked for one that had a similar shape to my favorite chair at the office. I wanted a flat seat, padded armrests, and a low, flat back that I could pop my back on. I was hesitant at first because I didn't recognize the brand name but I'm glad I bought it. The seat fabric is very smooth and feels like a lambskin type leather. I can't tell if its real or not, which is impressive to me if its not. It was easy to assemble and it came with extra parts that were very clearly labeled "extra parts" which was helpful. It came with the wrench tool needed to put the screws in. There are decorative caps for the screw holes if you prefer to leave the armrests off. The armrests were a little tricky to line up right, but the instructions warned about this. I backed the screw out several times because it felt right before it was all the way in and the arm was still loose. But the first one went in smooth and straight so I kept trying. Maybe took 5 minutes of trying before I got it. Chair took maybe 15 to 20 minutes total for me to open and set up all by myself. It is very comfortable to me but like I said I was looking for specific features. It came with regular plastic casters which were fine, but I already knew i wanted the upgraded rubber ones so I had bought them at the same time and switched them out day one. I love it. The only reason I knocked 1 star off is for the tilt. The chair swivels and rolls great, but the tilt bar does just tile the back of the chair, instead it tilts the entire chair body, seat and all. So I can't just lean my back to stretch, it also lifts your butt and thighs, like you're supposed to also put your feet up and recline. I don't want to do that. It felt weird to me and I couldn't sit at a desk like that. But I did get it to a good position for me and I dont really use that recline function so it doesn't affect my use. Overall very eased with the chair
