ExcellentI bought this to repair an old 1994 Backsaver chair. The one called the "OJ" chair because the judge used it during the trial . Looking at the image I had imagined that the swivel point was in the front similar to the Backsaver mechanism but it is not--the swivel point is near the center. In spite of this not being a perfect replacement, I would buy this one again based on the price difference to the one meant to go in the OJ chair. This is a heavy duty mechanism, and I'm satisfied with its performance. Accepts standard 28mm shaft with 17-04 taper .
