Description
Inspired by the Hanging Head Dragonfly lamp originally designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany and Clara Driscoll, this mini version encompasses great detail and lively character. The dragonflies, in addition to the elements of green, orange, and yellow, provoke the serenity and curiosity of nature. The base is detailed with dragonflies and mosaic glass pieces. The dragonfly wings are adorned with a metal filigree.

I Love This LampThis lamp is beyond lovely It is mostly green, but a beautiful warm green, when lite. I am so pleased with it. The warm colors are soothing. There are red accent pieces of stained glass that give it warmth. The construction is very well done. The lamp is small. The shade fits down over metal arms that branch out horizontally from the base. The switch is in the cord, about eight inches, or so, from the base. There are not "pulls" for the light to go 'on' and 'off'. I have never liked that feature in any lamp, but I got used to it in this one. I don't think about it any more. This lamp delights me. This is my second River of Goods lamp. The other one is 30" tall. Both are wonderful. I, also, have many Tiffany lamps, as well. As for this lamp, Dale Tiffany could not have done it better himself. The pictures do not do it justice. I have had this lamp for several years now, and appreciate it even more with time. It is sits on a mahogany 4 foot high chest in my bedroom. The warm red color of the mahogany really comes to life under this lamp. I love the intricacy of the artful design.
